To obtain a fast and secure Enrolment Application, kindly complete the Expression of Interest form.

APPLICATION

Once you have completed your online application and provided all the required documents, our enrollment team will start reviewing it. They may reach out to you for any additional information or documents, if necessary. If all the necessary documents have been provided, your application will be forwarded to the Head of School for review. You will receive an email notification once your application has been sent to the Head of School. 

To proceed with the enrollment, what documents are required to be submitted? 

To proceed with your child’s enrollment, please complete the application and provide the following documents.

• Copy of Passport/Visa/Australian Citizenship papers 
• Copy of Birth Certificate 
• Copy of last two school reports (if applicable) 
• Copy of Immunization history statement (if applicable) 
• Copy of court orders and/or parenting plans (if applicable) 

If all the required documents are not provided, the application will not proceed to the next stage. 

EXAM/INTERVIEW

For students enrolling in Year 2 to Year 12, it is compulsory for them to take an exam and have an interview with the school’s head. Our enrollment team will reach out to you to schedule the exam and interview. This is a great chance for parents to share any vital information that may affect their child’s learning abilities. 

For students enrolling in Kindy to Year 1, sitting for an exam is not required. However, they may be interviewed by the head of the school based on their application details. 

 Induction  

For parents who are enrolling their child for the first time at AIIC, we offer an Induction program. This program allows you to explore the campus and gather more information while your child is taking the exam or interview. 

RESULTS

Once the head of the school is satisfied that the student has met all necessary requirements for enrollment, the parent will receive an offer letter via email. The offer letter will include your new parent code and instructions on how to pay the non-refundable enrollment fee. The fee must be paid to proceed with the enrollment process. 

How long does it take to get the application result? 

Enrollment application results are typically processed quickly, and you can expect to receive your child’s application result within 1 to 2 business days. 

PAYMENTS

Enrollment fees are required for all enrolments. You will receive instructions in the offer letter on how to pay the fees. Your application will not proceed until the non-refundable enrolment fee is paid. 

 Non-refundable enrolment fee 

The enrolment fee for students in prep to Year 12 is $100 AU per child and is non-refundable.  

For kindergarten enrolments, the fee is $50 AU and is also non-refundable. 

For International enrolments, the fee is $250 AU and is also non-refundable. 

College fees 

All school fees are handled by our finance department. They will contact you regarding the fees and provide you with information on payment options. You can check here to see the college fees.

START

After the non-refundable enrolment fee has been made, our enrolment team will send you an email containing the start date, teacher’s name, and class number for your child. This email will also include all other pertinent information.  

How long does it take for my child to start the college after I make the enrollment fees? 

Typically, the duration for your child to commence college after the payment is within a few days to a week, depending on the specific term and date.
