Muhammad Boda is an Arabic, Islamic and Qur’an educator at the Australian International Islamic College in the Gold Coast, Australia.
He is originally from Dundee, South Africa and has recently migrated to Australia.
Muhammad completed his Hifdhul Qur’an at the age of 21 in South Africa, under the supervision of Maulana Ahmed Kathrada.
Even before the completion of his Hifdhul Qur’an, for the past 7 years, Muhammad has always led the Taraweeh prayers in South Africa and Australia.
He taught in a madrassah in South Africa for 2 years, where most of the students in the madrassah have gone on to complete their Qur’an.
When he is not teaching, he enjoys increasing his knowledge in the Islamic field, keeping fit by playing football or going on hikes. Muhammad loves to spend time in the garden and has a keen interest in technology.
Arabic Calligraphy is an art of words and can be really beautiful. Muhammad enjoys looking at Arabic calligraphy and is currently learning and broadening his skills in the art of calligraphy
He is currently studying through UNISA (University of South Africa) and is in the final year of his Degree in Education, which he will major in English and Islamic Studies.
